Our 2009 schedule and pricing are now available.

Slaughter will occur in the first week of August, followed by 21 days of dry aging. Your natural beef will be available for you to pick up in the later days of August.

All our 2008 customers are very happy with their natural grass-fed beef. Our supply is very limited, so order soon to make sure you get your natural Holiday Valley Beef!
